Our services: healing and hope

At Sad Team Six, we understand the profound impact of trauma. We are here to offer vital mental health services for veterans, first responders, and their families. Discover how we can support you on your journey to healing.

How we can support you

The pain you are carrying is not a measure of your strength, character, or worth. Trauma can distort perspective, overwhelm the mind, and create deep feelings of isolation, but those feelings are not who you are. Sad Team Six offers comprehensive support tailored to your unique needs.

Peer support

Connect with others who understand your experiences, fostering a sense of community and shared healing.

Our unique approach to healing

Sad Team Six offers distinctive methods to address PTSD and anxiety, ensuring our heroes never walk alone. Our services are specifically designed for veterans, first responders, and their families.

Pioneering PTSD treatment

Dr. James Lynch is a physician and mental health advocate with 31 years in Army medicine. Board-certified in Family and Sports Medicine, he specializes in treating trauma. Dr. Lynch pioneered the use of stellate ganglion block (SGB) for PTSD, helping thousands since 2011. His landmark 2023 article on SGB for anxiety has expanded effective treatment options, and we actively raise funds to send individuals to him for specialized care.

Healing through laughter

We break down barriers to mental health using a unique, powerful tool: comedy. Led by the brilliant Matt King, Ryan Rogers and Sad Team Six founder Chris Snyder, our comedy events offer healing through laughter, keeping politics out and joy in. This innovative approach provides a safe space for veterans, first responders, and their families to experience therapeutic release.
